The Human Needs Approach
The world of commerce and all of the organisations that it contains has been established to satisfy our Human and Biological Needs.
This means that the long term commercial success of your business or workplace organisation is determined by how well it meets your people’s needs and the commercial needs of your customers. In order to successfully achieve this all organisations are operating from an underlying business template whether they realise it or not. We call this template the Human Needs Business Template.
Where one or more of the critical elements of this interactive model are not understood and skilfully worked with the sustainability and effectiveness of your organisation must suffer. All of your current problems or opportunities require your organisation to develop its knowledge and ability to work with one or more of the elements of this model. This work involves adjusting elements of the model that are out or sync or enhancing those parts that are underdeveloped.
